40E 41 foot, c7 cat motor 350hp, all new engine and coach batteries, 6 of them as of 3/22/2024. Washer/dryer combo. 1 and a half bath, 4 door fridge, storage all around, not pass through, but heated belly. 7500 watt generator will run everything. Tires from 2019, good tread, no cracks. New inverter. 3 slides, queen bed, both couches turn into beds, two tvs, upgraded cabinets, pergo wood floor that replaced carpet, central vacuum, recliner on passenger side. Roof resealed, solar battery charger, new front roof ac, 100lb on board propane tank. A couple little things, screen is missing from screen door, needs a new plastic latch to hold screen door against outer door, will need new front visors above driver and passenger. Not making any money, you can even assume loan through goldenwest. I have seen two other 40e's at 91000 with 150000 miles and one in the 80's with 29000 miles. Just want to sell after a divorce and I don't use it anymore. Also has an engine brake and auto leveler's, keyless entry, 90 gallon diesel tank that the generator pulls off of also. Plenty of storage inside and out. Still winterized right now.
